I polimerici IJ40 e 40C e i cast IJ180mC e IJ280 rispondono a esigenze diverse di superficie, durata e conformabilità. Nel preventivo scegliamo il sistema adatto alla grafica e alla destinazione d’uso. Nominal roll widths in centimetres, rounded to standard commercial sizes (e.g. 137 cm ≈ 1,372 mm). These are sizes within the product range; availability must be confirmed for each product code. Usable width, margins, registration marks and panel layout are checked against the artwork before production.
Translucent films for backlit signs and lightboxes
For backlit applications, we select the film according to the light source, lightbox face and required appearance with the lighting on and off. For IJ3730-50 / -60, the transmission percentage refers to unprinted film: ink coverage and image density affect the final result.Specify whether the light source is LED or another type, the face material and the application side. The overlaminate and print profile are selected during the technical review.

Can I request printing with white ink?

How to specify it in your artwork
Identify the areas to highlight using a dedicated mask or separation. We check the artwork preparation and RIP finish settings before confirming production. FLXfinish+ and lamination are separate processes. An overlaminate can alter the gloss–matte contrast. We assess its effect on a sample and against the intended use. Digital die-cutting: both the film and liner are cut to shape, with holding tabs where needed.
