Definizioni
Classificazione
Categorie di cookie
Cookie tecnici e strettamente necessari

| Nome | Dominio / soggetto | Finalità | Durata indicativa | Categoria |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__stripe_mid |
| Fino a 1 anno | Sicurezza pagamento |
__stripe_sid |

Statistiche e campagne
Independent Analytics e Google Ads
Google Ads e Google for WooCommerce
Scelta utente
Banner Complianz, consenso e impostazioni predefinite
- negare i cookie e i servizi non necessari;
- accettare i servizi facoltativi;
- aprire la sezione delle preferenze e gestire le categorie disponibili;
- consultare la presente Cookie Policy e la Privacy Policy;
Controllo
Fornitori
Terze parti, pagamenti, chat e font
Chat tawk.to
Informazioni: cookie tawk.to e Privacy Policy tawk.to.
Richieste privacy: amministrazione@grafichepino.it.

Definitions
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website or third party may store on the user’s device and read on subsequent visits. They may be used, for example, to maintain a session, remember the contents of the cart, store preferences, protect a transaction or, in cases that are not strictly necessary, analyse browsing behaviour or create profiles.
This policy also applies, where used, to technologies with similar functions, such as local storage, pixels, identifiers and other tracking tools.
Classification
Categories of cookies
Technical and strictly necessary cookies
These are used exclusively to transmit a communication, enable browsing or provide a service expressly requested by the user, such as the cart, checkout, login, security and payment. They do not require prior consent.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies are not automatically classified as technical cookies. They may be treated as technical cookies only under the conditions identified by the Italian Data Protection Authority, for example when used for aggregate statistics and, where third parties are involved, with appropriate data minimisation measures and without combining them with additional data or transmitting them to other parties for those parties’ own purposes.
Profiling or marketing cookies and other non-essential tools
These may be used, for example, to track user behaviour, measure advertising campaigns, create audience segments or display personalised advertising. The use of non-essential cookies requires the consent provided for by law. Section 6 explains how Google tags operate without cookies in Consent Mode.
E-commerce
WooCommerce, the cart and order attribution
WooCommerce uses technical cookies and technologies to maintain the cart contents, the Customer’s session and the functions required for checkout. Some cookies are created only when the user actually uses the cart or checkout.

wp_woocommerce_session_* | GRAFICHEPINO / WooCommerce | Associates the visitor with the session and cart data stored by the website. | Approximately 2 days | Necessary |
Attribution of the order source (Sourcebuster)
WooCommerce includes an order attribution feature that may use sbjs_* cookies to remember information about the source of the visit during the session, such as the referrer, UTM parameters, landing page, device and number of page views. This information is read and associated with the order only if the user completes a purchase.
| Name | Purpose | Default duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
sbjs_session | Stores the number of page views in the session and the path of the current page. | 30 minutes | Attribution / statistics |
sbjs_udata | Technical information about the visitor, browser and device used for order attribution. | Session | Attribution / statistics |
sbjs_first / sbjs_current | Store the traffic source of the first visit and the current visit during the session. | Session | Attribution / statistics |
sbjs_first_add / sbjs_current_add | Store the timestamp, referring URL and landing page. | Session | Attribution / statistics |
sbjs_migrations | Technical data needed for compatibility between versions of the attribution feature. | Session | Technical attribution |
WooCommerce states that these cookies are not intended for tracking across sessions or for remarketing. The feature is compatible with the WP Consent API and can therefore interact with consent management platforms such as Complianz.
CMS and consent
WordPress and Complianz
WordPress
WordPress uses technical cookies primarily to authenticate users who access restricted and administrative areas and to store interface preferences. Many of these cookies are not created for ordinary visitors who are not logged in.
| Name / pattern | Purpose | Indicative duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
wordpress_test_cookie | Checks whether the browser allows cookies during login. | Temporary / session | Necessary |
wordpress_[hash] / wordpress_logged_in_[hash] | Manages WordPress user authentication. | Session or according to the login configuration | Necessary |
wp-settings-* / wp-settings-time-* | Store interface preferences for logged-in users. | Variable | Functional |
Complianz
GRAFICHEPINO uses Complianz as its consent management platform (CMP). Complianz stores first-party technical cookies needed to record and remember the user’s choices and to determine which categories or services may be loaded.
| Name / pattern | Purpose | Indicative duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing | Store consent choices by category. | Up to 365 days | Consent management |
cmplz_consented_services | Stores any specifically authorised services. | Up to 365 days | Consent management |

cmplz_banner-status | Remembers whether the user has dealt with or dismissed the banner. | Up to 365 days | Consent management |
Payments
WooPayments, Stripe, PayPal and fraud prevention
The website uses WooPayments to accept online payments. WooPayments operates through Stripe’s payment infrastructure. During checkout, technical cookies or identifiers may be used to process and protect the transaction, authenticate the payment and prevent fraud and abuse.
| Name | Domain / entity | Purpose | Indicative duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__stripe_mid |
Stripe | Fraud prevention and transaction risk assessment. | Up to 1 year | Payment security |
__stripe_sid |
Stripe | Fraud prevention and risk assessment during the payment session. | Approximately 30 minutes | Payment security |
m |
Stripe / m.stripe.com | Anti-fraud signals used to distinguish legitimate activity from suspicious activity. | Up to 2 years, depending on the service configuration | Payment security |
Stripe may update its cookies and their durations as its payment and security services evolve. For the latest list and information on processing carried out by Stripe, please see its cookie settings page and Stripe Privacy Policy.
PayPal
The website also offers payment through PayPal. In the context of the requested payment, PayPal may use cookies and identifiers to process the transaction, authenticate the user and prevent fraud. Technical necessity applies to these functions and does not automatically extend to any analytics or advertising cookies.
Names and durations depend on the payment flow and service configuration. For the provider's purposes, categories and preferences, see the PayPal Cookie Statement.
Statistics and campaigns
Independent Analytics and Google Ads
The website uses Independent Analytics to obtain statistics on page usage. According to the provider’s documentation, Independent Analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors and does not send analytics data to the provider’s external servers: the data is processed and stored in the website’s WordPress database.
To recognise repeat visits, the plugin temporarily uses the IP address together with the user agent and a random value (salt) to generate an identifier through one-way hashing; the IP address itself is not saved in the analytics database. The IP address may also be used temporarily to derive an approximate geolocation.
GRAFICHEPINO does not use Independent Analytics for remarketing, behavioural advertising or the creation of profiles intended for third parties.
Google Ads and Google for WooCommerce
The website uses Google for WooCommerce and the Google Ads tag to measure conversions and advertising campaign performance. Preferences collected through Complianz are connected to the integration through the WP Consent API.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, consent states for advertising and analytics storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are initially set to denied. The Google tag may load before a choice is made: in advanced Consent Mode it may send consent status and measurement signals without cookies to Google. This therefore does not mean that every connection to Google is blocked. Advertising cookies depend on consent to the Marketing category.
Cookies in the _gcl_* family, including _gcl_aw and _gcl_au where set, link interactions with advertisements to actions on the website, such as purchases. Google specifies a standard duration of 90 days, subject to settings and browser restrictions.
Further information: Google cookies, Google Privacy Policy and Google Consent Mode.
External service
Google Maps
The website embeds Google Maps to show GRAFICHEPINO’s location. The map is managed through Complianz and, in the current configuration, is not loaded before consent has been given for the relevant category: substitute content or a placeholder is shown before the user makes a choice.
Only after consent has been given can the browser connect to Google’s servers to download the map and its resources. At that point, Google may receive technical data such as the IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own settings and policies. During website testing, the __Secure-ENID cookie was also detected after the Google service was loaded; Google indicates a duration of approximately 13 months for this cookie and uses it to store preferences and other information relating to its services.
Category in the CMP: a third-party service requiring prior consent. Refusing consent does not prevent use of the other essential functions of the website and online store.
For further information: Google Privacy Policy and Google’s information about cookies.
User choice
Complianz banner, consent and default settings
The website uses Complianz to display the banner and manage preferences for cookies and integrated services. Optional categories require a user choice. Google Ads uses the Consent Mode described in section 6, which may allow signals without cookies before consent; tawk.to chat is activated using the specific control described in section 10.
The banner allows users to:
- reject non-essential cookies and services;
- accept optional services;
- open the preferences section and manage the available categories;
- read this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy;
- change their choice later.
Simply continuing to browse, scrolling, remaining silent or closing the page is not treated as consent to non-essential services.
Control
How to change preferences or withdraw consent
To change cookie preferences or withdraw consent, select Gestisci consenso (Manage consent), available at the bottom left of the website pages after closing the banner. In the panel, you can reject optional services or change categories and save your preferences. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
Alternatively, users can delete the cookies stored by their browser; the banner may then appear again, allowing them to make a new choice.
Providers
Third parties, payments, chat and fonts
The main integrations relevant to cookies and similar technologies are:
- Google Maps: map display; the service is blocked by Complianz until consent is given.
- Stripe / WooPayments and PayPal: payment processing and security; see section 5.
- Google Ads / Google for WooCommerce: conversion and campaign measurement, with consent signal management; see section 6.
- tawk.to: an external chat service activated by the user, as described below.
- Complianz: preference management and integrations for services requiring consent.
- Independent Analytics: internal statistics without cookies, with local processing on the website according to the current configuration.
tawk.to chat
The external tawk.to chat loads when the user selects Continua alla chat (Continue to chat) on the start screen. The widget then presents a separate request for consent to chat cookies, with the option not to activate it; this choice is not consent to marketing. The service may use connection and visitor-recognition cookies: twk_idm_key and TawkConnectionTime last for the session; tawk_uuid_propertyId, whose name varies with the chat identifier, may last 6 months. It may also use local and session storage to maintain the conversation and coordinate multiple tabs.
The widget can be closed without accepting. Chat consent is separate from Complianz banner preferences, which do not close an already open chat. To withdraw specific chat consent or make a request about conversation data, write to amministrazione@grafichepino.it; for processing by tawk.to, contact compliance@tawk.to.
These durations are stated by the provider. Further information: tawk.to cookies and tawk.to Privacy Policy.
The website’s main fonts are configured to be hosted locally, so that normal page viewing does not require Google Fonts to be loaded directly. Once authorised, Google Maps may still load its own external resources that are necessary for the service.
Device
Managing cookies through your browser
Users can also delete or block cookies through their browser settings. However, blocking technical cookies may prevent essential functions such as the cart, authentication or checkout from working properly.
The procedure varies depending on the browser used. Please consult the official documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari or the browser installed on your device.
Privacy
Rights, data processing and contact details
Where the use of cookies or similar technologies involves the processing of personal data, users may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR where applicable, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent.
For full information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy published on grafichepino.it.
Privacy enquiries: amministrazione@grafichepino.it.
Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Maintenance
Updates and periodic review
The technical configuration of a WordPress/WooCommerce website may change following updates, new plugins, new payment methods, analytics tools, advertising campaigns or external integrations. GRAFICHEPINO also uses Complianz’s detection and management tools and periodically checks the website’s actual behaviour, updating this policy when there are significant changes to purposes, providers, categories or retention periods.
The current version is the one published on this page, together with its update date.
